How do I place an order?
To place an order:
Complete adding items to your shopping cart.
You can choose to check out through our website or via PayPal.
If you wish to proceed through our website, click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to proceed through PayPal, click the PayPal button.
You will then be directed to our customer information page, where you will be prompted to enter:
Email address
Name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, please enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the “Apply” button so the system can calculate and apply the discount to your order.
Click the “Continue to shipping method” button. Please ensure that the shipping address you entered is correct (if it is different from your billing address). Once complete, click “Continue to payment method.”
You will be asked to enter your payment information. You may choose to specify that your shipping and billing information are the same (if applicable).
After filling out the form, click the “Complete Order” button. You will be directed to a page displaying your order summary, an on-screen order confirmation, and an additional confirmation email.

What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect in my order?
If you find that an item is missing or has been sent incorrectly, please contact us at service@zuppylo.com
. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and relevant proof (image file size must be less than 1MB). We’ll gladly resend the correct item to you free of charge, and you may keep the incorrect item as a gift.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
I want to change an item I ordered. What should I do?

How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in and select your preferences. After clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you’ll be taken to the “Shopping Cart” page.
In the “Quantity” field next to the product image, enter the number of items you wish to order. Once entered, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How do I view what’s in my cart?
To view your cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website. From there, you can easily change the quantity of any item by updating the list, or click the “Remove” link below the quantity list to delete an item.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
Click the “Cart” icon at the top right of your screen. You’ll see all the items currently in your cart. Find the item you wish to remove and click the “Remove” link below the quantity list. The item will be deleted automatically, and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
Click the “Cart” icon at the top right of your screen. You’ll see all items and their quantities. To change the quantity, move your cursor to the “Quantity” field next to the item and enter the desired number. The quantity and corresponding amount will update automatically.

How do I use a discount code?
To use a promotional code, follow these steps:
Select the items you wish to order and click the green “Checkout” button.
You’ll be taken to our customer information page to fill in the required details.
On the top right corner of the page, you’ll see a “Discount” field.
Enter your discount code and click “Apply.” You should then see the discount applied and verified in the order summary below.
