Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchased items directly to the manufacturer.
Customers are only responsible for one-time shipping costs (including return shipping); no restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email receipt notification. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund, and it will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at service@zuppylo.com
