How do I place an order?

To place an order:

Complete adding items to your shopping cart.

You can choose to check out through our website or via PayPal.

If you wish to proceed through our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

If you wish to continue via PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will be redirected to our customer information page. You will be asked to provide:

  • Email

  • Name

  • Address

If you have a valid discount code, please enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the “Apply” button so the system can calculate and apply your discount.

Click the “Continue to shipping method” button. Please ensure the shipping address is correct (if it differs from the billing address). Once everything is completed, click “Continue to payment method.”

You will need to enter your payment information. You may choose to have the same information for shipping and billing (if applicable).

After completing the form, click the “Complete order” button. You will be taken to a page showing your order summary, on-screen order confirmation, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.

What if my order is missing an item or contains the wrong product?

If you find that an item is missing or was sent incorrectly, please contact us at service@zuppylo.com. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and supporting proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will gladly send you the correct item at no extra charge, and you do not need to return the wrong item — you may keep it as a gift.


How do I know my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and purchase details.


I want to change the item I ordered. What should I do?

You may modify your order before 11:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT -7) on the same day you placed it. Please contact us at service@zuppylo.com to make changes.


How do I add items to my cart?

To add an item to your cart:

Go to the product page of the item you’re interested in, then select your preferences. After clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you will be taken to the cart page.

In the “Quantity” field next to the product image, enter the quantity you wish to order. Once entered, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


How can I see what’s in my cart?

To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the webpage. After clicking the icon, you can easily change the quantity of any product in your cart by updating the quantity list. You can also remove any item by clicking the “Remove” link below the quantity list.


How do I remove an item from my cart?

First, click the “Cart” icon in the top-right corner of your screen. You will see all items currently in your cart. Locate the item you want to remove and click the “Remove” link below the quantity list. This will automatically delete the item and refresh the page to reflect your changes.


How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?

First, click the “Cart” icon in the top-right corner of your screen. You will see all items currently in your cart and their quantities. To change the quantity of an item, move your cursor to the “Quantity” field and enter the desired number. The quantity and corresponding amount will automatically update and display the correct total on the right side of the screen.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


How do I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is one of the most convenient ways to pay online. When you add items to your cart and are ready to complete your purchase, click the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill out your information correctly for a fast and easy payment process.


How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code, follow these steps:

  1. Select the item(s) you wish to order and click the green “Checkout” button.

  2. You will be redirected to our customer information page.

  3. On the next page, fill out the required information.

  4. You will see a “Discount” field in the top right corner of the page.

  5. Enter your discount code and click “Apply.”

  6. Make sure the discount is successfully applied and reflected in the order summary below.


What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders must be canceled by 11:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT -7) on the same day they were placed. After that, orders cannot be canceled. You can contact us at service@zuppylo.com to request a cancellation.
